Only MACFA Training Academy cadets receive exclusive access to career pathways with partner aviation companies and regional carriers. If you meet the qualifications, you may be referred directly for first officer roles or recommended for further type rating programs with trusted airline partners.
MACFA graduates are trained to meet global standards—equipped with strong technical knowledge, practical flight hours, and real-world simulator experience. Our program prepares you to enter the aviation industry with confidence, skill, and professionalism.

One of the advantages of graduating from MACFA Training Academy is the opportunity to be referred for first officer positions with aviation companies shortly after graduation.
